Modified limestone powder mineral admixture and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a modified limestone powder mineral admixture, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The admixture is prepared from the following components in percentage bymass: 75 to 85 percent of limestone powder, 0.03 to 0.05 percent of triethanolamine, 1 to 4 percent of sodium acetate, 1 to 4 percent of calcium formate, 1 to 4 percent of barium nitrate, 5 to 10 percent of superfine mineral powder and 3 to 6 percent of zeolite powder. The preparation method of the mineral admixture comprises the following steps: dissolving calcium formate and barium nitrate in deionized water to form a solution, slowly pouring the solution into zeolite powder, and stirring to obtain zeolite powder slurry; carrying out ball milling on the zeolite powder slurry, limestone powder, triethanolamine, sodium acetate and ultrafine mineral powder; and dispersing the ball-milled material at a high speed at a specific temperature, and sieving. The mineral admixture can effectivelyimprove the specific surface area and the grinding efficiency of limestone particles, performs adsorption modification on the surface of limestone powder, can improve the early strength and reinforcethe later strength of concrete after being doped into the concrete, and optimizes and improves the capability of the concrete for resisting the erosion of xonotlite type sulfate.
