Solidification treatment method for household garbage incineration bottom slag
The invention discloses a solidification treatment method for household garbage incineration bottom slag. The method comprises the following four steps: screening treatment, water reducing agent preparation, solidification treatment and maintenance, wherein two times of screening is adopted in the screening treatment, and two types of materials, namely a coarse-particle-size material and a fine-particle-size material, are obtained after screening; and the two materials are directly solidified without water washing treatment, the fine-particle-size material, cement and a water reducing agent solution are stirred firstly, then the coarse-particle-size material is added for continuous stirring, and then a mixture is put into a mold for the maintenance. The pore diameter of a sieve adopted infirst screening is 8.5-9.5 mm; and the aperture of a sieve adopted in second screening is 4.5-5.5 mm. Through improvement of a pretreatment technology and a solidification technology, the compressivestrength and stability of a domestic waste incineration bottom slag solidified body are improved, and release of pollutants is controlled.
本发明公开了一种生活垃圾焚烧底渣的固化处理方法,包括:筛分处理、减水剂配制、固化处理、养护四个步骤,其中筛分处理采用二次筛分,筛分后获得粗粒径物料和细粒径物料两类物料;两类物料不经过水洗处理直接固化,先将细粒径物料、水泥与减水剂溶液搅拌,再加入粗粒径物料继续拌和,而后放入模具进行养护。第一次筛分采用筛子的孔径为8.5~9.5mm;第二次筛分采用筛子的孔径为4.5~5.5mm。本发明通过预处理技术和固化技术的改进,提高生活垃圾焚烧底渣固化体的抗压强度和稳定性,控制污染物的释放。
