Ceramsite and preparation method thereof
The invention provides ceramsite and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of resource reutilization. The invention relates to a method for producing the ceramsite aiming atwater-based drilling system waste (which becomes drilling solid waste after being treated). The drilling solid waste is treated through a set of recycling technology process to produce the ceramsite,and corresponding building performance indexes of the ceramsite are achieved. The drilling solid waste is combined with fly ash and pulverized coal at a certain mass ratio and sintered at a certain temperature to obtain the sintered ceramsite. According to the method, the environmental risk of the drilling solid waste is greatly reduced, the produced ceramsite is detected according to related indexes, and the result shows that all the indexes meet the standard requirements. Compared with traditional drilling solid waste stacking treatment and roadbed filling methods, the method has the advantages of being high in treatment efficiency, free of secondary pollution, capable of utilizing resources to the maximum extent, remarkable in environmental protection benefit and high in economic value.
本发明提供了一种陶粒及其制备方法,属于资源再利用技术领域。本发明针对水基钻井体系废弃物(经过处理后成为钻井固废)生产陶粒的方法;将钻井固废通过一套资源化技术工艺处理后生产陶粒,达到陶粒相应建筑性能指标。钻井固废与粉煤灰、煤粉按照一定质量比例汇合,在一定温度下烧结,得到烧结陶粒,该方法大大地降低了钻井固废的环境风险,将生产出的陶粒按相关指标进行检测,结果表明各项指标均符合标准要求。与传统钻井固废堆放处理、路基填料方法相比,具有处理效率高,无二次污染,能最大限度利用资源,环保效益显著,具有较高的经济价值。
