Weathering steel resistant to atmospheric corrosion
The invention relates to the technical field of steel performance research, and discloses weathering steel resistant to atmospheric corrosion. The weathering steel is prepared by applying a prepared ceramic material to the surface of the steel through researching the corrosion behavior characteristics of the steel in an atmospheric environment, strengthening treatment is performed on the polishedsurface of the steel, and the weathering steel coated with an atmospheric corrosion-resistant coating is obtained. The corrosion resistance, wear resistance, weather resistance and the like of the steel can be improved, corrosion of corrosive media is prevented, the ceramic coating is thin, the adsorption effect is strong, cracks cannot be generated due to sudden change of the thermal expansion coefficient, the cost is low, the service life is long, and the performance is superior to that of a ceramic coating taking silicon dioxide as a main body.
