The inserting plate type sound barrier comprises a sound barrier body and modified bamboo aggregateparticle combined filler, the sound barrier body comprises a plurality of noise reduction boxes and H-shaped steel stand columns, shutter holes are formed in the faces, facing a sound source, of thenoise reduction boxes, arc-shaped damping plates are arranged at the top ends of the noise reduction boxes, the modified bamboo aggregate particle combined filler is arranged in the noise reduction box and is formed by stacking non-woven fabric, centrifugal glass wool and a plastic woven bag filled with modified bamboo aggregate particles. Light, green and degradable modified bamboo aggregate particles are ingeniously combined with a centrifugal glass wool sound absorption material, the sound absorption performance of the noise reduction box is effectively improved, sound absorption and noisereduction can be achieved by 15 decibels or above, and the sound barrier can be widely applied to places needing sound absorption and noise reduction, such as the two sides of railways and highways, the periphery of a racing car yard and the periphery of a building construction site.
