The invention relates to the technical field of environment-friendly dust removal devices, and discloses a flying dust environment-friendly inhibition spraying device which comprises a water storage tank, a fixing ring is installed at the edge of the upper end of the water storage tank, a fixing groove is formed in the fixing ring, a limiting ring is slidably arranged in the fixing groove, a rotating ring is installed at the upper end of the limiting ring and inner ring teeth are installed at the upper end of the rotating ring. A dust collection box is installed at the top end of inner-ring teeth. A rotating shaft is installed in the water storage tank in the vertical direction, the interior of the rotating shaft is of a hollow structure, the bottom end of the rotating shaft rotates in a water inlet tank fixed to the bottom end in the water storage tank, the upper end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the water storage tank to be connected with a rotating gear, and the outer side of the rotating gear is meshed with the inner ring teeth; the top end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the top of the dust suction box to be connected with a rotating plate. A water sprayingcavity communicating with the rotating shaft is fixed to the middle of the upper end of the rotating plate. According to the device, the dust collection box and the water spraying cavity can conductrotary dust collection and spraying, the dust suppression range is widened, the dust suppression effect is improved, and meanwhile only one power source exists in rotation of the whole device.
