The invention discloses an ice crushing device for road maintenance in the technical field of road maintenance. The ice crushing device comprises a vehicle body and wheels, a salt spreading box is fixedly mounted at the top end of the vehicle body, a salt outlet pipe is connected to the bottom end of the left side of the salt spreading box, a salt storage box is connected to the other end of the salt outlet pipe, and a discharge pipe is penetratingly connected to the bottom end of the salt spreading box, and penetrates the vehicle body, a push plate is installed in the right side of the salt spreading box and located at the top end of the vehicle body, an ice crushing mechanism is connected to the bottom end of the push plate and penetrates through the vehicle body, a driving mechanism isconnected to the rear side of the push plate, a deicing mechanism is installed on the right side of the push plate and located at the top end of the vehicle body, and a bucket is mounted at the bottomof the vehicle body and located on right of the deicing mechanism. the salt spreading device is provided with a salt spreading box, salt is intermittently sprayed out of the discharging pipe throughintermittent compression of an air bag, on one hand, the salt is evenly spread on a road, on the other hand, ice can be melted in an accelerated mode, and therefore an ice crushing cone can be easilyinserted into the ice to crush the ice; therefore, the ice crushing time can be reduced, and the ice crushing efficiency is improved.
