The invention provides a security inspection trolley capable of removing ice and filling pits for a road surface. The security inspection trolley comprises an inspection trolley body, a motor is fixedly arranged in the inspection trolley body, an upper cavity is formed in the lower side of the motor, the lower end of the motor is in power connection with a motor shaft, the motor shaft extends intothe upper cavity in a downward rotating mode, a middle cavity is formed in the lower side of the upper cavity, and a sliding piece is arranged between the middle cavity and the upper cavity in a penetrating and sliding mode. The safety of the road surface is detected through friction rolling wheels, when the road surface is frozen in winter, the friction force is reduced after the friction rolling wheels make contact with the ice surface, then a pull rope is loosened to trigger a chisel to chisel, the chisel chisels the ice surface, salt particles are scattered, and the ice layer on the ground is melted and removed to prevent pedestrians from slipping; when the friction rolling wheels pass through the pits in the ground, the friction rolling wheels fall down, then a baffle is put down toblock the pits, and danger caused by stepping of pedestrians is prevented.
