Roller compacted concrete interlayer seam forming device and seam forming method
Provided is a roller compacted concrete interlayer seam forming device. The device comprises a manpower cart; a cable drum frame is arranged on the manpower cart; a cable drum is arranged on the cabledrum frame; a cable is wound on the cable drum; a hinged support is arranged at the end, away from a handle, of the manpower cart; a vibration motor is arranged on the top face of the hinged support;a vertical seam cutting knife board is arranged on the bottom face of the hinged support; one end of the cable is connected with the vibration motor; the end, close to the handle, of the manpower cart is provided with a vibration control switch; and the vibration control switch is electrically connected with the vibration motor. A seam forming method of the seam forming device includes the stepsof (1) pushing the manpower cart to a working surface; (2) lifting the manpower cart; (3) turning on the vibration motor; (4) pushing the manpower cart to a next seam forming position; and (5) repeating the step (1) to the step (4). By adopting the roller compacted concrete interlayer seam forming device and the seam forming method provided, the problems in the prior art can be solved, the construction problems of troublesome and labor-consuming interlayer joint forming and the like are solved, and the device can be widely applied to roller compacted concrete construction of water conservancyprojects.
