The invention discloses a combined energy dissipation structure of a flood discharge tunnel. The structure is characterized in that a plurality of energy dissipation piers are arranged behind an entrance of the tunnel; the plurality of energy dissipation piers are distributed on the wall surfaces of two sides of the tunnel and protrude inwards to form a hump shape; a stilling pool is arranged behind the energy dissipation piers and is located below the tunnel ground elevation of energy dissipation pier sections; an overflow weir is arranged behind the stilling pool; an overflow weir straight line section is arranged in the middle of the overflow weir; step energy dissipaters are arranged on the straight line section of the overflow weir; and a flip bucket is arranged at the tail end of theoverflow weir. The combined energy dissipation structure is adopted, the advantages of all the single energy dissipaters are brought into full play, the water flow state can be effectively improved,the flow velocity of water flow in the tunnel is reduced, the energy dissipation efficiency is improved, and the purposes of reducing downstream energy dissipation tasks and reducing the manufacturingcost of downstream energy dissipation buildings are achieved.
