The invention discloses an environment-friendly municipal inspection well sewage discharging device. The environment-friendly municipal inspection well sewage discharging device comprises a drainage inspection well cover body and a plurality of drainage outlets formed in the top end of the drainage inspection well cover body at equal intervals, wherein a protection plate is arranged above the drainage inspection well cover body; openings are formed in the positions, corresponding to the plurality of drainage outlets, of the protection plate correspondingly; and elastic filtering anti-blockingdevices for separating external impurities are arranged at the openings. According to the environment-friendly municipal inspection well sewage discharging device, when pedestrians or vehicles pass through the upper portion of the protection plate, the protection plate moves downwards to extrude and open elastic blocking pieces, and blocked objects can fall into an inspection well; when the drainage well is located on a road section where no person or few persons or vehicles pass, detection is conducted through an infrared sensor; and when that through holes are blocked is detected, a synchronous piece and a height lifting piece run, the elastic blocking pieces are pressed downwards, then the phenomenon that the drainage outlets are blocked is prevented, and the environment-friendly municipal inspection well sewage discharging efficiency is improved.
