The building hanging basket comprises a machine body; a carrying cavity used for carrying people is formed in the machine body; movable cavities with leftward openings are symmetrically formed in the front wall and the rear wall of the carrying cavity; and fixed electrodes are symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the upper walls and the lower walls of the movable cavities. An upper row of extensible sucking discs and a lower row of extensible sucking discs are designed and are used for sucking the hanging basket to an outer wall to be blown by wind, and due to the fact that the upper row of sucking discs can slide up and down, the situation that one row of sucking discs mustsuck the hanging basket to the outer wall in the lifting process of the hanging basket is guaranteed; when the sucking discs cannot make contact with the outer wall, air extracted from the sucking discs is exhausted in the opposite direction, the effect of air injection pushing is achieved, and therefore the distance between the hanging basket and the outer wall is shortened; and when the hangingbasket is out of control in rotation, power can be provided by means of air injection pushing to reduce the rotating speed, and meanwhile springs are arranged at the positions of the sucking discs tobuffer the force of the wind on the hanging basket and reduce the load of the outer wall.
