The civil engineering concrete building formwork structurally comprises a formwork body, buckling grooves and locking devices, wherein the buckling grooves are formed in the two sides of the formwork body, and the locking devices are embedded in the buckling grooves; the buckling grooves are provided with locking grooves and jacking plates, the locking grooves are embedded in the inner walls of the buckling grooves, and the jacking plates are welded into the buckling grooves; and the locking devices are provided with locking rods and fixing heads, the locking rods are welded to the fixing heads, and the fixing heads are buckled into the locking grooves.
