According to the elevator wellhead safety protection device, a servo motor serves as a power source, the top plate is lifted upwards under the supporting of the upper supporting piece and the lower supporting piece through steering transmission of a driving bevel gear and a driven bevel gear, thus the top side of a wellhead is protected, articles are prevented from falling off from the top side accidentally, and the use safety is improved; the height of the top plate after being installed can be adjusted through a telescopic structure, and thus the application range of use is enlarged; and the first clamping structure and the second clamping structure are optimally arranged, a movable head is close to a gasket through the cooperation between a small screw rodand an internal thread sliding block, so that the elevator wellhead safety protection device can be quickly disassembled and assembled on an installed wall body, and the working efficiency of construction is improved.
