According to the intelligent safety protection device, a hydraulic air cylinder is arranged, a positioning plate can be driven to move upwards through the hydraulic air cylinder, and then a sliding cross rod is driven to move upwards; meanwhile, a protective net on the outer side of a rotating shaft at the top of the sliding cross rod can be rotated out, by the adoption of the arrangement, the height of the protection device bodies can be correspondingly adjusted according to the requirements of a user, and the flexibility is higher; and meanwhile, the user can control the hydraulic air cylinder to work through an intelligent switch, a specially-assigned person is not needed for adjustment, the intelligent degree and the automation degree are high, and great convenience is provided for workers.
