One end of the long-strip-shaped fixing rod is fixed in the L-shaped fixing hole of the first supporting column through a screw, a baffle wall is fixedly connected between the first supporting column and the second supporting column, and a detachable telescopic rain shelter is arranged at the top end of the baffle wall. The whole fence is easy to install, convenient to transport, complete in protection function, remarkablein warning effect and flexible and variable in application.
