The invention provides light-adjustable hollow glass. The light-adjustable hollow glass is provided with first outer-layer glass, middle-layer glass and second outer-layer glass which are stacked in sequence, supporting and sealing units which are used for separating every two adjacent layers of glass and form sealing among the layers of glass, a hollow cavity formed between the first outer-layerglass and the middle-layer glass, and a micro hollow cavity formed between the second outer-layer glass and the middle-layer glass and filled with a dimming material, wherein pouring inserting pieceswith one ends communicating with the micro hollow cavity and the other ends blocked by blocking pieces are arranged in the supporting and sealing units, and the two pouring inserting pieces are arranged close to the two opposite ends of the light-adjustable hollow glass. According to the light-adjustable hollow glass, the pouring inserting pieces are hidden in the supporting sealing units, so thatthe damage of a pouring sealing structure caused by external factors can be effectively avoided, and the appearance effect of the hollow glass can be ensured.
