The invention provides a horizontal pump pipe shock absorber which comprises a steel plate, bearings and a round steel rolling shaft, and round steel is adopted as the rolling shaft to fix the bearings. The horizontal pump pipe shock absorber is similar to a damper device, and the purpose of counteracting horizontal force, generated in the concrete pouring process, of a horizontal pump pipe is achieved through a bearing sliding means of the horizontal pump pipe shock absorber; the steel plate can be erected on a formwork bent frame or a profiled steel plate, and the horizontal pump pipe is erected on the bearing of the horizontal pump pipe shock absorber; when pouring is started, the bearings are driven to rotate under horizontal vibration of the horizontal pump pipe, but the steel plate and the round steel rolling shaft are in a static state, and therefore the shock absorption effect is achieved; and after pouring is completed, the horizontal pump pipe shock absorber is stored in order so as to be reused, and subjected to oiling maintenance regularly. The horizontal pump pipe shock absorber can be applied to concrete pouring of an upper structure of a super high-rise building, andthe adopted pump concrete can have a vibration reduction effect on the horizontal pump pipe in the pouring process; and by means of the shock absorber, the horizontal acting force can be counteracted, and therefore concrete pouring can be conducted safely and effectively.
本发明提供了一种水平泵管避震器,包括钢板、轴承和圆钢滚轴,采用圆钢作为滚轴用以固定轴承。本发明类似于阻尼器装置,通过自身轴承滑动手段,实现抵消水平泵管在浇筑混凝土过程中产生的水平力的目的。可以将钢板架设在模板排架或压型钢板上,水平泵管架于水平泵管避震器的轴承上。当浇筑开始时,由于水平泵管的水平震动,带动轴承自身转动,但钢板和圆钢滚轴处于静止状态,从而起到避震作用。浇筑完成后,将水平泵管避震器规整保管,以便重复使用,并定期进行上油保养。本发明可应用于超高层建筑上部结构混凝土浇筑,所采用泵送混凝土在浇筑过程中可对水平泵管减振作用。通过此减震装置,将抵消水平作用力,从而安全有效地进行混凝土浇筑。
