The invention discloses an automatic indoor temperature balancing structure of a steam room. The automatic indoor temperature balancing structure comprises a room body, wherein a cavity is formed in the inner wall of the room body; a liquid storage tank is fixedly mounted on the side wall of the room body and corresponds to the cavity; a heat conducting plate is fixedly mounted in the right side wall of the liquid storage tank; a sliding cavity is formed in the liquid storage tank; a sealing plate is slidably connected to the interior of the sliding cavity; a memory metal spring is fixedly mounted in the center of the right side wall of the sealing plate; the other end of the memory metal spring is fixedly mounted on a side wall of the heat conducting plate; a threaded rod is fixedly mounted in the center of the left side wall of the sealing plate; the other end of the threaded rod penetrates through the inner wall of the room body and extends into the cavity; the threaded rod is slidably connected to the interior of the inner wall of the room body; and the end, facing away from the sealing plate, of the threaded rod is in threaded connection with a rotating drum. According to theautomatic indoor temperature balancing structure, the temperature of the room body is always kept at a balanced temperature, and the circumstance that a customer feels dizzy and uncomfortable is reduced.
