The invention discloses an image recognition parking lock and a parking space rental charging system using the same. The image recognition parking lock comprises a bottom plate and a shell cover whichare matched with each other; a controller, and an electric lifting power device and a storage battery electrically connected with the controller are arranged on the bottom plate; and the electric lifting power device is provided with a lifting support. The image recognition parking lock is characterized in that the front side of the upper end of the lifting support is provided with a light sensor, a lighting indicator lamp, a camera and a detection radar which are connected with the controller, vehicle image recognition is conducted through the camera and the controller, then automatic unlocking, automatic locking and automatic parking fee collection are conducted, and the image recognition parking lock has the advantages of being ingenious in structure, convenient to use and practical.
