Plastic floor and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a plastic floor and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of plastic floors. The preparation method of the plastic floor comprises the following steps: firstly, a primer layer is coated on a PVC substrate in a rolling manner; when the primer layer is cured by 60-70%, the primer layer is polished; and then, a surface layer is coated in a rolling manner for curing again. The partially cured primer layer is polished to achieve rough surface and there is no damage of the surface structure, so that the light reflecting angle can be changed, and theglossiness of the surface of the plastic floor is finally controlled in a better range; and the glossiness difference is very low when observed from different viewing angles, so that the customer experience is prominently improved.
本发明公开了塑胶地板及其制备方法,涉及塑胶地板技术领域。塑胶地板的制备方法包括:在PVC基材上先辊涂底漆层,待底漆层固化60‑70%时对底漆层进行打磨,然后辊涂面漆层进行再次固化。通过将部分固化后的底漆层进行打磨使得表面粗糙,且表面结构无破坏,可以使光线反射角度发生改变,使最终塑胶地板表面的光泽度控制在较好的范围内,且从不同视角下观察其光泽度的差值很小,显著提升了客户体验。
