Lifting system applied to lifting and mounting of main tower steel truss
The invention provides a lifting system applied to lifting and mounting of a main tower steel truss. The lifting system comprises at least two bearing beams, a main longitudinal beam, at least two center hole jacks, at least two steel strands, a lifting appliance and at least two vibration absorption mechanisms, wherein the two bearing beams are arranged on the top surface of a main tower; the main longitudinal beam is mounted on the upper end surfaces of the bearing beams; the two center hole jacks are arranged on the top surface of the main longitudinal beam; each center hole jack is used for fixing one steel strand; the two steel strands are lifted by the same lifting appliance; the vibration absorption mechanisms are mounted between the lifting appliance and the main longitudinal beamof the steel strands; and mass blocks are arranged in the vibration absorption mechanisms. According to the lifting system, the steel strands and connecting pieces thereof are equivalent to a double-single-pendulum series system by utilizing the vibration absorption mechanisms, so that the main tower steel truss lifted by the lifting appliance is positioned at a lagging pendulum position in the double-series single-pendulum system, the swing amplitude of the main tower steel truss is effectively reduced, and the motion stability of the main tower steel truss is greatly improved; and therefore,the main tower steel truss can provide a static and stable state for a constructor during lifting, and safe and effective butt joint work is implemented.
一种应用于主塔钢桁架提升安装的提升系统,包括至少二个垫梁、主纵梁、至少二个穿心式千斤顶、至少二个钢绞线、吊具、至少二个吸振机构。其中,二个垫梁设置于主塔顶面,主纵梁安装于垫梁上端面;二个穿心式千斤顶设置于主纵梁顶面,每个穿心式千斤顶都将一个钢绞线固定,二个钢绞线均吊有同一个所述吊具,钢绞线在吊具与主纵梁之间装有吸振机构,吸振机构之内设有质量块。本发明利用吸振机构将钢绞线及其连接件等效为双单摆串联系统,使吊具所吊运的主塔钢桁架处于双串联单摆系统中的滞后摆位置,有效降低主塔钢桁架的摆动幅度,同时大幅提高其运动稳定性,使主塔钢桁架在吊运时能为施工者提供静止、稳定的状态,以此实施安全有效的对接工作。
