The invention discloses a lifting device capable of automatically installing outer wall glass. The lifting device comprises a box body, wherein a working cavity with a rightward opening is formed in the box body; a building outer wall is arranged on the left side of the box body; a motor is fixedly arranged on the left side wall of the working cavity; threaded rods are rotationally arranged on theupper side wall and the lower side wall of the working cavity respectively; the two threaded rods are vertically symmetrical with the motor as the symmetry center; lifting clamping blocks are in threaded connection with the threaded rods; the lifting clamping blocks are in sliding fit with the rear side wall of the working cavity; and a clamping groove which is through front and back is formed inthe end, close to the motor, of each lifting clamping block. The lifting device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, double protection of a suction cup and the clamping blocks is achieved on the glass in the lifting process, the whole device is in a semi-closed state, the danger of glass falling is avoided, the device is safer, the whole installation process is automatically carriedout, workers do not need to work high above the ground, the personal safety of the workers is guaranteed, more time and labor are saved, and the device is efficient.
本发明公开的一种可自动安装外墙玻璃的升降设备,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有开口向右的工作腔,所述箱体左侧设有建筑外墙,所述工作腔左侧壁上固定设有电机,所述工作腔上下侧壁分别转动设有螺纹杆,两个所述螺纹杆以所述电机为对称中心上下对称,所述螺纹杆上螺纹连接有升降卡块,所述升降卡块与所述工作腔后侧壁滑动配合,所述升降卡块靠近所述电机的一端设有前后贯通的卡槽,本发明结构简单,操作方便,在升降过程中对玻璃有吸盘和卡块的双重保护,且整个设备处于半封闭状态,没有玻璃掉落的危险,更为安全,整个安装过程自动进行,不需要工人高空作业,保证了工人的人身安全,也更加省时省力且高效。
