The invention provides an embedded baffling purification device for field drainage and application thereof. The device comprises a primary purification unit and a main body purification unit, and theprimary purification unit is communicated with the main body purification unit. The main body purification unit is transversely embedded into the ridge, the farmland area is not occupied, and a plurality of filler layers are arranged in the unit. A water flow ascending and descending baffling path is arranged in the device to increase the flow path, and suspended solids and nitrogen and phosphorusnutrients in rice field drainage can be quickly removed through filtration and adsorption of a multi-layer filler system, so that the purpose of reducing the non-point source pollution load of the rice field is achieved.
