The invention discloses a preparation method of high-activity calcium hydroxide. The method comprises the following steps: crushing calcined and discharged quick lime by using a crusher, screening toremove impurities, and storing in a sealed manner by using a film; adjusting an additive and wastewater in a modulation barrel until the additive accounts for 4-6% of the weight of the quick lime andthe ash-water ratio is 1: 6-8 to prepare a digestion mixed solution, wherein the additive is a combination of calcium chloride and one or more of diethylene glycol, sucrose or n-butyl alcohol; feedingthe quick lime and the digestion mixed solution into a digestion machine for digestion reaction to obtain calcium hydroxide slurry; and aging, filter-pressing, drying, powdering and packaging to obtain calcium hydroxide particles. The prepared calcium hydroxide particles have high activity, good stability, good dispersity and narrow particle size distribution, the specific surface area is 15-60 m<2>/g, and slurry formed after calcium hydroxide is dissolved does not settle after being placed for a long time.
本发明公开了一种高活性氢氧化钙的制备方法,将经过煅烧出炉后的生石灰经过破碎机破碎,过筛除杂,使用薄膜封闭保存;将添加剂和废水在调制桶中调节至添加剂用量为生石灰重量的4‑6%,灰水比为1:6‑8,配制得消化混合液;所述添加剂为氯化钙与二乙二醇、蔗糖或正丁醇其中一种或多种的组合;将生石灰和消化混合液进入消化机进行消化反应,得氢氧化钙浆液;再经过陈化,压滤,干燥,打粉,包装,制得氢氧化钙颗粒。本发明制得的氢氧化钙颗粒具有活性高、稳定性好、分散性好、粒径分布性窄,比表面积为15‑60㎡/g,氢氧化钙溶解后形成的浆液长时间放置不发生沉降。
