The invention relates to a composite gypsum board and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite gypsum board is prepared by taking semi-hydrated gypsum powder and modified melamine resin as main raw materials, wherein the modified melamine resin is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 170 parts of melamine, 400 parts of a formaldehyde solution, 3 parts of methyl cocoate monoethanolamide, 20 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 80 parts of ethanol and 30 parts of diethanol amine. According to the composite gypsum board prepared by taking the semi-hydrated gypsum powder and the modified melamine resin as main raw materials, the strength of the gypsum board can be remarkably improved.
本发明涉及复合石膏板及其制造方法。复合石膏板,其是以半水石膏粉和改性密胺树脂为主要原料制备得到的;所述改性密胺树脂由包括以下重量份的原料制成:170份三聚氰胺,400份甲醛溶液,3份椰油酸甲基单乙醇酰胺,20份聚乙烯醇,80份乙醇,30份二乙醇胺。本发明以半水石膏粉和改性密胺树脂为主要原料制备得到的复合石膏板可以显著地提高石膏板的强度。
