The invention discloses a near-landslide embankment anti-slip sinking control type reinforcing unit, a reinforcing structure and a construction method. The near-landslide embankment anti-slip sinkingcontrol type reinforcing unit has the effects of resisting landslide and controlling roadbed settlement on a high-fill embankment which is adjacent to the landslide and located on a poor foundation. The near-landslide embankment anti-slip sinking-control type reinforcing unit comprises an anti-slip foundation pile assembly, which comprises anti-slip foundation piles arranged at intervals along theline direction, and the anti-slip foundation piles are located at the front edge of a landslide body, penetrate through a potential sliding surface and then are embedded into a sliding bed; a sinkingcontrol foundation pile assembly which comprises sinking control foundation piles which are distributed at intervals in the direction of the cross section of the embankment where each anti-sliding foundation pile is located; a frame beam, the lower end of a joint on the side, close to the landslide, of the frame beam is fixedly connected with the top of the anti-sliding foundation pile, and the lower ends of the other joints are fixedly connected with the top of the sinking control foundation pile; an embankment is arranged above the frame beam; and a load-bearing pile assembly which comprises load-bearing piles arranged at intervals in the line direction, and the upper ends of nodes on the sides, close to the landslide, of the frame beams are fixedly connected with the bottoms of the load-bearing piles.
