The invention discloses an ecological zone construction method for reducing waves and reducing beach argillization, and belongs to the technical field of vegetation restoration ecology. The technicalproblem that in the prior art, a traditional engineering seawall cannot effectively deal with beach erosion and prevent beach argillization is solved. The method comprises the following steps that ecological fence zones which are continuously distributed in a wave shape or distributed in a front-back staggered mode are arranged in the direction of a coastline, at least two ecological fence zones are provided and are parallel to each other, and a vegetation area is formed between every two adjacent ecological fence zones; and vegetation zones are constructed in the vegetation areas, and the method for constructing the vegetation zones comprises the step of planting local plants.
