The invention discloses a low-rise building wall with an external solar heating structure. The low-rise building wall comprises a concrete wall body, a solar cell panel, a second eccentric wheel, a lifting force arm, an air blowing bag body and an air conveying steel pipe. An equipment box is fixedly welded to the outer side of the concrete wall body, and an equipment box door is fixedly hinged tothe outer side of the equipment box; the solar cell panel is installed on the outer side of the equipment box door, a wall roof is connected to the position under the concrete wall body in a cement mode, and a blocking panel is fixedly welded to the outer side of the wall roof; and a wall supporting seat is connected to the bottom of the concrete wall body in a cement mode, and foundation supporting columns are arranged under the wall supporting seat.
