The invention provides a building assembly and a wall. The building assembly is characterized in that straight line segments, flat bottom concave lines and convex bottom concave line segments of a fixing frame of the building assembly are at the same plane, and are smoothly connected into one rod piece structure according to a preset connecting mode, the flat bottom concave lines and convex bottomconcave line segments are both located on the same sides of the straight line segments, the convex bottom concave line segments are used for penetrating through a heat preservation plate, and under the condition that the flat bottom concave lines abut against the heat preservation plate, the first concave line segment portions of the convex bottom concave line segments are exposed out of the side, where the flat bottom concave lines are located, of the heat preservation plate, and the first concave line segment portions, the flat bottom concave lines and the straight line segments are pre-buried in a heat preservation plate protection layer; fixing pieces are used for limiting the movement of second concave line segment portions penetrating through the heat preservation plate, and a fixedconnecting piece of the building assembly is connected with the fixing pieces; and one side of the fixed connecting piece of the building assembly is connected with a main steel bar, a form is arranged on the outer side of the main steel bar, and a wall inner layer is formed in a gap between the form and the heat preservation plate through concrete pouring and stripping. By applying the technicalscheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the reliability of the wall can be improved.
