The invention provides a mounting structure of a fabricated adjustable ground frame. The mounting structure comprises inorganic mineral plates, aluminum alloy bottom frames, aluminum alloy connectingpieces, and adjusting ground feet, wherein the plurality of mutually- spliced inorganic mineral plates are arranged; the aluminum alloy bottom frames are arranged below the inorganic mineral plates, and the aluminum alloy bottom frames are arranged on the edges of the inorganic mineral plates; adjusting grooves are formed in the two ends of the aluminum alloy bottom frames, adjusting teeth are evenly distributed at the tops of the adjusting grooves, and the adjusting grooves are obliquely formed; the two ends of the aluminum alloy connecting pieces are inserted into the adjacent aluminum alloybottom frames; and the adjusting ground feet are arranged at the bottoms of the two ends of the aluminum alloy bottom frames, each adjusting ground foot comprises a base and an adjusting rod, the adjusting rods are arranged at the tops of the bases and penetrate through the adjusting grooves, and the adjusting teeth are connected with the adjusting rods in a clamped mode.
