By arranging a first external threaded rod, a rack, a second rod body, a first lifting rope, a second lifting rope and a spraying device, the device can spray high-rise buildings at any height only by adjusting the length of the first lifting rope and the length of the second lifting rope, and the situation that the spraying height of an existing spraying device is limited is avoided. Meanwhile, the problems of insecurity and low efficiency due to the fact that traditional manual hanging is used for spraying in the air are avoided.
