The invention provides an adjustable supporting base and a channel temporary supporting device, and relates to the field of building temporary supporting. The adjustable supporting base comprises an adjusting lead screw, an adjusting nut and a bearing base, wherein the bearing base is arranged on the adjusting lead screw in a sleeving manner, the adjusting nut is in threaded connection with the adjusting lead screw, the bearing base abuts against the adjusting nut; the adjusting nut transmits the load on the bearing base to the adjusting lead screw through threads, and finally the adjusting lead screw transmits the load to a bearing foundation; and the channel temporary supporting device comprises the bearing foundation, a vertical adjusting mechanism and multiple cross beams, and the vertical adjusting mechanism comprises at least one adjustable supporting base and multiple scaffolds. Compared with a traditional supporting frame, the channel temporary supporting device is convenient to operate when serving as a heavy support, the structure is safe and reliable, and the construction cost can be effectively reduced.
