The invention relates to a construction method for reinforcing a reinforced concrete beam through a prestress FRP sheet, and belongs to the technical field of structural engineering and bridge engineering construction. On a manufacturing platform, FRP fiber cloth is expanded and has certain tension through a weight, the middles of the multiple layers of FRP fiber cloth are bonded together, and therefore the FRP sheet is prepared; and then the FRP sheet is tensioned through a tensioning device, and the FRP sheet is anchored to the portion, needing to be reinforced, of the reinforced concrete beam through an anchoring component. The device structure is simple, assembling and manufacturing are convenient, use is convenient, the FRP sheet can be tensioned through a wrench, and indoor and outdoor construction is facilitated. Meanwhile, the method is simple in construction and low in cost and can be used for bridges and civil buildings, and the ends of pasted FRP plates are not prone to debonding.
