The invention discloses a telescopic holding pole of an iron tower assembly. The telescopic holding pole comprises a base and a fixed device, supports are fixedly connected to the outer wall of the base, an anti-skid table is fixedly connected to the bottom end of each support, a pole groove is formed in the center of the base, and holding pole sections are connected to the inner wall of the polegroove in a sliding manner. A lifting device is rotationally connected in the base and movably connected with the holding pole sections, a clamping column is fixedly connected to the bottom end of each holding pole section, clamping grooves are formed in the holding pole sections, and the inner walls of the clamping grooves are in sliding connection with the clamping columns. According to the telescopic holding pole, the two parts, the holding pole sections and the base, are arranged, the holding pole sections are the core of a whole holding pole device, the clamping grooves are formed in oneends of the holding pole sections, the other ends of the holding pole sections are fixedly connected with the clamping columns in a protruding manner, the multiple holding pole sections are connectedin the clamping grooves in a clamped manner through the clamping columns, and the whole holding pole is lengthened or shortened in a spliced manner so as to achieve the effect of stretching and contracting the holding pole.
