The invention relates to a door lock structure and a cleaning machine applying the door lock structure. The door lock structure comprises a support, a lock rod, a lead screw, a nut pair and a reversing sleeve, wherein the support is connected with a box body, the lock rod is constrained on the support in an up-and-down liftable and rotatable manner, a limiting block capable of penetrating througha lock opening in a door body is arranged at the upper end of the lock rod, the reversing sleeve is arranged on the periphery of the nut pair in a sleeving mode and used for driving the nut pair to rotate in the circumferential direction in the rising process of the nut pair so that the limiting block at the top of the lock rod can be aligned with or staggered with the lock opening. The door lockstructure can be integrally installed on the box body, the space on the door body is not occupied, it is only requested to form the lock opening in the door body, and the door lock structure is reasonable in structure and convenient to assemble; when a door is locked, the upper end of the lock rod firstly penetrates through the lock opening in the door body, then the lock rod rotates by a moving angle relative to the lock opening, the lock rod is locked to the lock opening of the door body in a staggered mode by downwards pulling the lock rod, and the process reliability after locking is better; and when the door is opened, the door body is jacked to form a certain gap firstly for allowing steam to be dissipated.
