The invention discloses a buffer device which comprises a guide rail, a movable assembly and a buffer assembly, wherein the guide rail is used for being installed on a door frame, the movable assemblycomprises a first movable piece, a first connecting piece and a first fixed piece, one end of the first movable piece is connected with the first fixed piece through the first connecting piece, the first movable piece slides in the guide rail, and the first fixing piece is mounted on a sliding door through a mounting piece; and the buffer assembly comprises a second movable part, a second fixed part and a first buffer part, one end of the first buffer part is connected to the second fixed part, the other end of the first buffer part is connected with the second movable part, the second movable part is slidably connected with the second fixed part, the second fixed part is mounted in the guide rail through a mounting part, and the second movable piece is connected with the other end of thefirst movable piece so as to drive the second movable piece to slide in the second fixed piece. The buffer device is convenient to mount and dismount in whole structure, quick and efficient.
