The low-energy-consumption energy-saving building combined window comprises a combined window body, the combined window body comprises a window frame, four layers of glass are arranged on the window frame, and the four layers of glass are sequentially first glass, second glass, third glass and fourth glass from outside to inside; one or more layers of organic polymers are filled between the first glass and the second glass as well as between the third glass and the fourth glass; a vacuum layer is arrangedbetween the second glass and the third glass; and graphite powder is uniformly doped in the organic polymer. According to the low-energy-consumption energy-saving building combined window, the multiple layers of glass, the hollow layers between the glass and the organic polymer are arranged, the graphite powder is doped in the organic polymer, so that the heat insulation effect of the window is improved, the synergistic effect between the organic polymer and the vacuum layer is achieved, and the energy consumption of a building is reduced.
