Method for increasing concentration of carbon dioxide in flue gas
The invention discloses a method for increasing the concentration of carbon dioxide in flue gas. The method comprises the following steps: calculating the total amount of the flue gas and the contentof a CO2 component in the total amount of the flue gas; calculating the air flow which needs to be reduced to input into a kiln and the amount of pure oxygen used for replacement; calculating the amount of the flue gas needing to be doped; simultaneously inputting a part of circulating flue gas of lime kiln flue gas and the replaced pure oxygen into the kiln through an air input port meeting the calcining process requirement according to the amount of the flue gas needing to be doped; and sending the rest flue gas to the next recovery process. According to the method for increasing the concentration of the carbon dioxide in the flue gas, pure oxygen and the flue gas are used for replacing part of combustion-supporting air, the proportion of the pure oxygen to the flue gas is adjustable, the influence of fuel heat value deviation on the combustion temperature can be compensated in a large range by increasing and decreasing the amount of the backflow flue gas, without losing the heat efficiency of the kiln, and the proportion of various substances in the lime kiln flue gas is hardly influenced by increasing or decreasing the amount of the backflow flue gas.
本发明公开了一种烟气中二氧化碳浓度提升方法,步骤包括:计算出烟气总量以及烟气总量中CO2组分含量;计算出需要减少向窑内输入的空气流量以及用于替代的纯氧量;计算出需要掺入的烟气量;根据需要掺入的烟气量将石灰窑烟气的一部分循环烟气以及替代的纯氧由符合煅烧工艺要求的空气输入口同时输入窑内;其余烟气送往下道回收工序。该烟气中二氧化碳浓度提升方法利用纯氧加烟气替代部分助燃空气而且纯氧和烟气的比例可调,可以通过增减回流烟气量的方法在较大范围补偿因燃料热值偏离对燃烧温度的影响并且不会损失炉窑的热效率,增减回流烟气量几乎不会影响石灰窑烟气中各种物质的比例。
