Based on the technical principle of solar photovoltaic cell and semiconductor thermoelectric power generation, the invention provides a solar thermoelectric power generation unit which can be applied to a building, and through a water pipe buried in the outer wall of the building and a plurality of water tanks with different water temperatures arranged in the building, the water and electricity demands of building users are considered at the same time. Meanwhile, the water and power consumption demands of building users are considered, on the premise of meeting the requirements of users, solar energy is fully utilized by effectively calling water resources.
