METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRANULES FOR CERAMIC PRODUCTION
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a method for producing granules for ceramic production, the method having high productivity and making it possible to obtain a ceramic in which decreases in physical properties are suppressed when producing a ceramic by supplying granules for press molding and firing the resultant press molded article. The present invention is characterized by including: a slurry preparation step for preparing a slurry comprising a mixture that includes a powder of an inorganic compound, a binder, and a solvent; a granulation step for introducing the slurry into a spray drying apparatus to form granules containing the inorganic compound; an exhaust step for exhausting the atmospheric gas in the spray drying apparatus through a cyclone having a surface madeof ceramic; and a step for mixing the fine powder collected in the cyclone during the exhaust step with the granules obtained in the granulation step.
本发明的目的是提供一种陶瓷制造用颗粒的制造方法,其生产率高、供给至压制成形并对所得到的压制成形体进行焙烧而制造陶瓷时,能够得到抑制了物性降低的陶瓷。本发明的特征在于,包括:浆料调制工序,调制由包含无机化合物的粉末、粘结剂和溶剂的混合物构成的浆料;造粒工序,将所述浆料导入喷雾干燥装置,形成包含所述无机化合物的颗粒物;排气工序,使所述喷雾干燥装置内的气氛气体经由表面为陶瓷制的旋风分离器而排气;以及,将在所述排气工序中被旋风分离器回收的微粉与在所述造粒工序中得到的颗粒物混合的工序。
