The device comprises a shell, a shell cavity is formed in the shell, a shell cavity with a rightward opening is formed in the shell, a scraping and cleaning device is arranged in the shell cavity, the scraping and cleaning device comprises a reciprocating plate, and a pushing sliding groove is formedin the reciprocating plate. The cleaning device comprises cleaning machines used in pairs, the cleaning machines can adjust the horizontal direction position and the vertical direction position of a cleaning head according to the height of a curtain wall and the position of glass, and a pair of cleaning rollers rotating synchronously is arranged in the cleaning head and used for removing dirt on the surface of the glass; and the scale scraping device is arranged in the device, scale is scraped when the scale exists on the glass, spots are prevented from being left after the scale is dried, andthe inner device and the outer device synchronously carry out cleaning on the glass curtain wall through magnetic attraction.
