The invention relates to a method for paint spraying by means of a paint spraying assembly connected with a distance measuring wheel. The method comprises the steps that a control signal used for controlling a driving device of the paint spraying assembly is received through a communication device of the paint spraying assembly; and the paint spraying state of a paint tank connected with a paint tank fixing device of the paint spraying assembly is controlled based on the control signal.
