The invention discloses a water injection device, a water injection method, a high-speed rail train water injection system and a high-speed rail train water injection method. The water injection device comprises a supporting platform; a first module base and a second module base which are arranged on the supporting platform, wherein a first guide rail and a first opening assembly moving along thefirst guide rail are arranged on the first module base, and a second guide rail and a second opening assembly moving along the second guide rail are arranged on the second module base; a third guide rail is arranged on the supporting platform; and a water injection assembly which moves along the third guide rail. After the supporting platform moves to a first preset position, the first opening assembly moves to a second preset position and opens an outer cover; the second opening assembly moves to a third preset position and opens an inner cover; the water injection assembly moves to a fourthpreset position, is in butt joint with a water injection port and injects water. Therefore, the water injection device is high in automation degree, the labor intensity of workers is reduced, the water adding time is shortened, then the late situation of a high-speed rail train is reduced, and the timeliness of the operation of the high-speed rail train is improved.
