High-strength aluminate cement adhesive for insulators
The invention discloses a high-strength aluminate cement adhesive for insulators. The adhesive is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 57%-63% of aluminate cement, 19%-25% ofcementing sand, 2%-6% of mineral admixture, 0-4% of expanding agent, 0.03%-0.08% of basalt fiber, 0.04%-0.12% of superplasticizer, 0.05%-0.10% of plasticizer and 11%-14% of water. The problems that the aluminate cement adhesive retarder is difficult to purchase, long in delivery period and short in quality guarantee period are solved, and the expiration waste phenomenon is reduced; the matching ratio of standard and slump-retaining water reducing agents in the superplasticizer is adjusted according to seasonal weather changes, so that the proper fluidity of the adhesive during assembly is ensured, and the loss of fluidity over time is reduced; due to the addition of the superplasticizer, the water consumption of the adhesive is reduced, the strength of the adhesive is improved, and the production requirement of a high-tonnage insulator can be met; and the surface appearance of the adhesive is also improved, and the cracking loss is reduced.
