The invention discloses ceramic surface hot die-casting forming slurry and a preparation process thereof. The ceramic surface hot die-casting forming slurry comprises slurry and an adhesive, wherein the slurry is prepared from, by mass, 30-40% of SiO2, 30-35% of Al2O3, 10-15% of CaO, 2-10% of Na2O, 10-15% of BaO, 2-6% of ZrO2, 1-5% of kaolin and 2-5% of silica powder, the adhesive comprises paraffin, a surfactant and a grinding aid, and weighing, ball milling and hot die casting are carried out. According to the invention, in the preparation process, the addition amount of paraffin in the waxslurry blank is improved by proportioning the raw materials and determining the optimal addition amount of the surfactant, the ball milling efficiency can be improved when sodium lignin sulfonate is used as a grinding aid, and the shrinkage rate of the formed ceramic blank can be reduced by reducing the content of paraffin in the wax slurry blank, so that conditions are created for preparing high-performance aluminum oxide ceramic materials.
