Tape casting slurry and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of electronic materials, and particularly discloses tape casting slurry which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 58-63% of ceramic powder, 10-12% of butanone, 7-8% of ethanol, 0.1-0.5% of fish oil, 15-20% of a binder and 1.5-2% of benzyl butyl phthalate. The binder is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 20-35% of polycarbonate, 40-50% of butanone and 15-40% of ethanol. The tape casting slurry can be used for preparing a tape casting strip with low carbon residue. According to the tape casting slurry provided by the invention, by optimizing the resin system of the binder and adopting a specific three-stage tape casting strip preparation process, a tape casting strip with low carbon residue, high mechanical strength and high dimensional stability after sintering in a non-oxidizing atmosphere can be prepared.
