Synthetic method of polycarboxylate water reducer
The invention discloses a synthetic method of a polycarboxylate water reducer. The synthetic method comprises an esterification process and a polymerization process; the esterification process comprises the steps: stirring and heating polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether, methacrylic acid and toluenesulfonic acid, stirring and heating, vacuumizing and reacting, and after the reaction is finished,cooling and discharging to obtain a macromonomer; the polymerization process comprises the steps: adding a polyethylene glycol monomethacrylate solution and water into a four-neck flask, stirring andheating, slowly dropwise adding ammonium persulfate, acrylic acid and acrylamide, and keeping the temperature for half an hour to obtain the acrylamide modified polycarboxylate water reducer. According to the preparation method, methoxypolyethylene glycol, methacrylic acid and toluenesulfonic acid are stirred, heated, vacuumized, reacted and cooled to obtain the macromonomer, so that the preparation process is simplified, and the effective content of the macromonomer is guaranteed; the continuous esterification reaction of the macromonomers is terminated through rapid cooling, so that the reduction of the number of the esterified macromonomers in the mixture is inhibited, and the hydrolysis of the ester is reduced.
