Liquid hyperbranched polycarbosilane and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses liquid hyperbranched polycarbosilane as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The liquid hyperbranched polycarbosilane is prepared by taking chloromethyl alkoxychlorosilane, vinyl magnesium bromide and metal magnesium as raw materials through Grignard reaction and reduction reaction. The liquid hyperbranched polycarbosilane prepared by the method is of a hyperbranched structure, is terminated by vinyl, contains Si-H bonds and Si-C bonds, can be cross-linked and cured under certain conditions, is high in ceramic yield, low in oxygen content and good in manufacturability, can be used as a silicon carbide ceramic precursor to be used as a ceramic-based composite material matrix, and has good application prospects. The method can also be used for preparing high-performance materials such as ceramic coatings and ceramic fibers.
本发明公开了一种液态超支化聚碳硅烷及其制备方法和应用。所述液态超支化聚碳硅烷是以氯甲基烷氧基氯硅烷、乙烯基溴化镁和金属镁为原料,通过格氏反应和还原反应制备而成。该方法制备的所述液态超支化聚碳硅烷为超支化结构,乙烯基封端,并含有Si‑H键和Si‑C键,在一定条件下可交联固化,陶瓷产率高,氧含量低,工艺性好,可作为碳化硅陶瓷前驱体用作陶瓷基复合材料基体,亦可用于制备陶瓷涂层和陶瓷纤维等高性能材料。
