The invention relates to a prefabricated beam road construction method about mountain area knife back beam terrain. According to the actual roadbed width condition, the designed road width is combined, the length and the single-piece weight of a transverse prefabricated beam of a built road are researched, and the height, the width, the reinforcement and the concrete strength of the designed prefabricated beam are calculated according to the requirement of a maximum load vehicle through which the built road needs to pass. A factory-like prefabricated beam is transported to the mountain area 'knife back beam' terrain and hoisted and installed in place through a crane. Micro-expansion fine aggregate concrete is adopted for crack pouring between the prefabricated beams, cast-in-place is adopted for road edges on the two sides of the road, the overall rigidity of the prefabricated beam road is enhanced, and before formal pavement paving of the prefabricated beams, the prefabricated beam pavement serves as a waterproof coiled material. The method has the advantages that the road can be rapidly constructed, normal transportation of materials, heavy equipment, engineering machinery and the like for project construction is guaranteed, and therefore continuity of project construction is guaranteed.
本发明涉及一种关于山区刀背粱地形的预制粱道路施工方法;根据实际路基宽度情况,结合设计道路宽度,研究修建道路横向预制粱长度、单件重量,按照修建好道路需通过的最大荷载车辆的要求计算设计预制粱高度、宽度、配筋和混凝土强度。工厂化预制粱运输到山区“刀背粱”地形,采用吊车吊装安装就位。预制粱之间采用微膨胀细石混凝土灌缝,道路两边路沿采取现浇,增强预制粱道路整体刚性,预制粱正式路面铺装前,预制粱路面做防水卷材。其优点表现在:可快速建设好道路,保证项目建设的物资、重型设备、工程机械等正常运输,从而保证项目建设的连续性。
